We all carry a "Pain-Body"—an accumulation of old emotional pain. It feeds on negative thoughts. When you get angry over something small, that is your Pain-Body taking over. The only way to dissolve it is to shine the light of presence on it.
Clock Time vs. Psychological Time
- Clock Time: Practical. "The meeting is at 2 PM."
- Psychological Time: Dwelling on the past or dreading the future. "I hate meetings; they always go wrong." Clock time is useful. Psychological time is a disease.
Waiting is a State of Mind
"Waiting" means you want the future and reject the present. It creates inner conflict. Stop waiting. If you are washing dishes, just wash dishes.
