We offer a 7-day refund window starting from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Valid Refund Reasons
Refunds are granted ONLY for: (1) Proven technical issues where the content cannot be accessed or downloaded, (2) Duplicate purchases/charges, or (3) Use of a credit card without authorization (fraud). To request a refund, contact support@publixion.com with your Order ID.
